If you have not yet install the app and configured your chargers, see this help center article for more information: Connecting FreePower chargers to the mobile app

2. Force close and re-open the app

Sometimes the app needs a reboot. To be sure you are properly force closing the app, check out these supporting articles:

3. Clear the discovery screen

Tap the main settings icon and then tap "Clear Discovery" to clear the list of chargers. This will force the app to immediately start looking for chargers again.

4. Tap "+NEW" to search new chargers
  1. If a charger is found, finish setting up your charger. See this help center article for more information: Connecting FreePower chargers to the mobile app
  2. If no chargers were found, continue to the next section.
5. Restart your phone

Restarting your phone can sometimes clear networking errors that are prohibiting your phone from connecting to FreePower chargers.

6. Hard reset the charger

Performing a hard reset will bring your charger back to factory settings and allow for you to re-attempt to pair your charger to your Wi-Fi network.
