Description

If you are having trouble finding your charger in the app and suspect the charger needs to be reset, perform the following steps.

1. Reset your charger
  1. Unplug your charger, wait 2 seconds, then plug it back in
  2. Repeat this process a minimum of 4 times
  3. Leave your charger plugged in
  4. The halo should blink, then turn bright white
2. Connect your charger to a Wi-Fi network
  1. Click "+NEW" to re-configure your charger to your Wi-Fi network
