What you'll need

  • Charger 
  • Charger bracket Set screws
  • Locking screw
  • Power supply 
  • Extension cables (if required)
  • 3mm Allen Key
  • Countertop Sticker
  • Optional: Protective Cover

1. Select Set Screws

  1. Identify Stone Thickness and select the appropriate screw size.
  2. For stone thickness at 2CM or below, use 2CM Set Screws.
  3. For stone thickness above 2CM, use 3CM Set Screws.
2. Charger and Bracket Preparation
  1. Pre-thread set screws into the charger bracket. 
  2. Set the charger on the bracket as shown below: 
3. Install into the pocket
  1. Push the charger and bracket up into the pocket slide in place. 
  2. Ensure set screws are in the locating holes on the charger.
  3. Tighten using the specified pattern below to 3.0 [Nm] using a 3mm Allen key.
  4. Install Locking Screw as shown below.
  1. Install the magnetic protective cover over the charger and power cable as shown.

4. Powering your Charger
  1. If no power outlets have been specified for your charger, locate the nearest outlet.
  2. Refer to [Cable Routing and Management] for more information. 
  3. Connect power to your charger. 
  4. Upon power up, the charger should spin the cooling fan. 
5. Charger Configuration and Verification
  1. Download the FreePower App.
  2. Refer to the [Charger Configuration Guidelines] to configure your unit. 
  3. Once configured, verify chagrin performance with a wireless charging-enabled device. 
6. Installing the Countertop Label
  1. Turn on Charging Halo if the stone is translucent.
  2. Clean the countertop surface.
  3. Apply the Countertop Label within the halo to demonstrate that the countertop is FreePower Enabled.
